Refund Policy

Practice Tests

Refunds can be made for online practice tests only. If the practice test purchased was discounted or part of a bundle or combination of products, the refund will be prorated to reflect the actual purchase price of the practice test. Any promotional offers or products received at the time of purchase are forfeited with the refund.

Requests for refund must be made within two business days of the original purchase. CertiTrain Limited will remove the online practice test from your Learning Course. If we see in our system that the practice test has been printed, or used, no refund will be made.

This policy only applies to single-user online licenses of CertiTrain Limited Practice tests purchased directly from CertiTrain Limited.

It is not applicable to:

- Download Practice Tests Purchased from CertiTrain Limited.
- CertiTrain Limited Practice Tests received through an Authorized Channel Partner.
- Other CertiTrain Limited products – exam vouchers, online courses, eBooks, Advanced Student Kit or assessments

CertiTrain Limited has the right to refute any requests for refund on charges that you dispute with your credit card company.

Online Courses

Full refunds are available for the price you paid for Online Courses that have not been registered. Online Courses that have been registered are non-refundable.

eBooks

Full refunds are available for the price you paid for eBooks that have not been registered. eBooks that have been registered are non-refundable.

Advanced Student Kit (ASK)

All purchases of Advanced Student Kit made at CertiTrain.com are final and non-refundable.
